Gemstone Globes of Inlaid Semiprecious Stones

These magnificent jeweler's quality handmade gemstone globes are created with each country (yes country, not just the continents) inlaid with one of over 20 different, highly polished, semiprecious stones. Even a small-sized gemstone globe can take many man-hours to inlay and polish. Some of the strikingly different stones used are Amethyst, Jade, Mother-of-pearl, Lapis, Tiger-eye, Green Agate, Abalone, Red Jasper, Rhodonite, Snow Flake, Turquerentine, Unakite, and Picture Jasper. These unique art pieces are available in sizes from 110 mm (just over 4") in diameter to 1000 mm (just over 39") in diameter. (When people talk about something being the focal point in a room, imagine a floor-standing gemstone globe of semiprecious stones larger than the diameter of a yardstick!)

(Besides the blue Lapis shown in most of the pictures, many of these jeweler's quality gemstone globes are also available for the same price with oceans in black onyx, white howlite, red jasper, turquoise, green, or purple.

Mother of Pearl is also available on the 3-leg and 4-leg gold base models, at significant additional cost.)
