Receiving your Order:

When your order arrives, please check the box and tape for damage or tampering. Should you discover evidence of damage or tape tampering, check the contents before accepting the order. Should you accept the order and later find it was damaged in shipment, contact the shipper and then call our Internet Sales Dept. at 1-888-783-7805, during the holidays our hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

Merchandise Return Policy

At Things Unique / Clem & Company we offer you a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us for return authorization code and shipping instructions. Because of the few customers that have tried to take advantage of our return policy over the last eight years, the following instructions are an absolute - The item must be returned in NEW condition, in ALL the original containers and MUST be accompanied by all parts, paperwork, labels, and any special packing material that accompanied the product. It is the customer's responsibility to package the product for safe return without damage to the product or its immediate container. The item must be sent insured for the full value. Clem & Company and/or it's subsidiaries are not responsible for any damage to the product during return shipping. Any items returned to Clem & Company without accompanying authorization number, will be found to be in violation of our return policy and will be declined.

With the above requirements fulfilled, your account will be credited for the original purchase price.

Please Note, Custom orders, Fast ship, and Overseas shipping, and original shipping charges to the customer are not refundable.
Please note; some items do have a restocking fee from the manufacturer.
