At Clem & Company we offer you a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us for return authorization code and shipping instructions. The item must be returned in new condition, in the original container and must be accompanied by all parts, paperwork, labels, and any special packing material that accompanied the product. It is the customers responsibility to package the product for safe return. The item must be sent insured for the full value. Clem & Company and/or it's subsidiaries are not responsible for any damage to the product during return shipping.

With the above requirements fulfilled, your account will be credited for the original purchase price and the cost of return shipping*.

Any items returned to Clem & Company without accompanying authorization number, will be found to be in violation of our return policy and will be declined.
